Declutter your Mind

 As we all know what declutter means;  declutter is get rid of extra things which we no more uses or have desire to use right but did any of you ever thought where we need it most???

Decluttering is not only for our wardrobes or for our homes, it is mostly needed in ourselves. We needs to declutter our life, our mind, our hearts for a better us. These are weird times,  lots of crisis and tensions. People are behaving differently. 

It is like negativity is rushing around us from all directions to take us down.  Toxicity from people is affecting us badly. In workplaces, At homes people are getting mean to us.  Leg pulling is normal, everyone wants to get ahead of other by getting him down. No one is ready to forget or forgive any mistake of yours...

All such things make our heart heavy and saddened us, these behaviours put a lot of burden on our mind and keeps our happiness at bay. No matter how much we try its getting extremely difficult to save us from all the negative energy.

Soo sit down quietly and think really hard person by person what bothers you most about that person. Write down all the things on anything it will go to waste anyway at the end but let all negative things and behaviour out. And Focus did all these people worth enough to make you feel bad or heavy hearted, or they deserve any of your emotions. Whether we feel angry about something or hates someone; all these emotions soaked us up. We too much indulged in negative thoughts to feel anything positive or feel good about other things.

What we need to practice is always reminds ourselves that these people don't want you to be happy and see you progressing in your life. Keep yourself way above them where their words or actions do not bother you.  Whenever they throw any negative thing just keep telling yourself they are not worthy of your attention nor your anger. 

They wants to consume your positivity by throwing tantrum or by criticism. Such people didn't have contentment in their life soo they can't see others to be contented and peaceful.

Another step of decluttering is to forgive everyone or at least try to forgive them.  Keep praying that Allah saves you from all evil intentions and make your heart clear from all the negative thoughts. There is a lot of difference between forgiveness and forgetting things. Only forgive them but never ever forget anything. Be careful and mark your safe distance from toxic persons.

Minimize your interaction with them. Always remain to the point whenever you have to interact. Further to make yourself happy indulge in good deeds. Help someone in need, give good honest advice to who counsel you. Think positive, read positive things, do things that makes you happy. Talk to a dear one. Or even cook your favourite meal to yourself. All these things make you feel good and happy.

Happiness is wealth which can never be replaced nor bought. Soo try your best to be a happy person and spread happiness around you. Try to make people feel good about themselves. Being able to give is the biggest blessing whether in terms of material or non material form.
