Palmer's shampoo review
Palmers is an organic company who strives to provide people products without harsh chemicals. They have basically three varieties of everything like they have a whole line of coconut oil based shampoo conditioner lotions similarly a complete line of olive oil and cocoa butter based products.
I have tried their all three shampoos coconut oil shampoo, olive oil shampoo and cocoa butter shampoo and i decided to review them as they are sulphate and parabin free.
First of all i have normal to slightly dry hairs.
Coconut oil shampoo is excellent for normal hairs and i used it on daily basis and they make my hairs good and manageable without drying them out.
Next time i tried their olive oil shampoo in the days when my hairs were becoming brittle and drying out a bit And it works like wonders for my hairs. I am totally in love with it.
When that little dryness cured and my hairs were behaving well i go try their cocoa butter shampoo. Although it is also a very good moisturising shampoo but it will weight down my hairs a bit after wash and my scalp tend to become gressy sooner than before. I also happened to dislike the fragrance of cocoa butter.
Soo here is the conclusion:
1-palmers shampoos are oil based soo they are only suitable for normal to dry to extremely dry and brittle hairs. And absolutely not suitable for people who have normal to gressy type of scalp and for those people who tend to have acne on their scalp as it can aggravate that issue.
2- coconut oil shampoo is a daily mild shampoo suitable for normal hairs.
3- olive oil shampoo is good for people who have dry hair days and their hairs are a little on the dry side.
4- Cocoa butter shampoo is only suitable for extremely dry and brittle hairs.
Important note: its my personal advice if you have brittle and dry hairs start by using cocoa butter shampoo if its smell is not that much unpleasant to you as it is to me. When you start noticing that your hairs are becoming weighted down that means now your hairs are getting better and becoming normal than shift to olive oil shampoo and if you like then coconut oil shampoo.
