Skin care for mothers

Hey Mommies, hope you all are doing good and taking care of your little angels well.  As soon as we become Mothers i feel we forget that we are also a seperate person who needed care.  But while feeding our kids changing diapers washing and steralising their feeding bottles we totally ignore ourselves.

This neglecting take a toll on our face and hands especially. Our skin become dehydrated and dull due to lack of  moisture and by not proper liquid intake.

I know we don't have much time and energy left in us to follow long sessions of cleansing scrubbing tonning moisturiser but there is an extremely easy thing which we can do.

1-Take an empty container fill it with cotton pads soaked in coconut oil. Swipe one cotton pad on your face and voila all your makeup removed very quickly without drying out your skin.

2- In another empty jar mix any cleaser plus any scrub of your choice and once or twice a week instead of using facewash just rub this a little on your face and wash your face this will remove all dead skin.

3- This tip is most important take rose water in a spray bottle add a little glycerine in it and your magic potion is ready. Spray it whenever you feel your skin is getting dry this will lock all the moisture in your pores and your skin feel healthy. Just spray it on off and on through out the day it will take only 2-3 seconds.

4- winter is arriving we all suffer from dry skin, just add pure glycerine in any cream or lotion of your choice and your intense moisturising potion is ready. This will keep your skin soft for long long hours.
