Myth about oiling your hairs
Hey lovlies we all want a healthy mane of hairs. Long silky & shiny hairs are every girls' dream. And to make this dream come true we all put lots of effort in different treatments and especially applying different oils. Many didn't get proper result from oiling than we conclude that oiling didn't suits me, but the major question is Why oiling your hairs didn't give you result???
First and foremost thing is always apply organic and pure oils on your scalp, All oils are best because every organic oil contains lots of nutrients and vitamins which are good for us.
A simple rule of thumb is Avoid applying anything on your hairs or your skin which you can't eat, because whatever you apply on your skin or on your hairs ultimately got absorbed by your skin and be a part of your blood stream. It is best to avoid as much chemicals as you can for a better inside and outside.
Second most important thing is we mostly apply oil to our hairs before taking shower at times we wash oir hairs after three or four days. For getting maximum benefits and results from oiling make sure you apply any organic oil on a clean scalp and hairs. When we apply oil on hairs which are not washed for few days, then there are lots of chances that you have built up of dust and sweat, in that case oiling only make your hairs more greesy and dirty and not get absorbed by your hairs or scalp it promotes bacteria and block hair folicals.
Do oiling once or twice or thrice a week even you can do it on daily basis and take shower and shampoo on daily basis to gain maximum benefits. But just don't forget to apply oil on clean hairs. Best way is to use slightly warm oil applied to the roots of hairs either with a cotton ball or with finger tips. After applying oil massage very gently with your finger tips and let all the goodness of oil get absorbed in your scalp. Brush your hairs with wide tooth comb to spread oil to your hair lengths if required apply little oil to hirs where needed. Especially to hair ends. If you have time then you can take a plain small towel or turban anything of your choice soak it in water and squeeze out excess then warm it in the microwave for a minute, when it is comfortable to touch but still hot wrap it around your head for deep penetration of oils. When towel cooled down you can repeat this process again, You can repeat this step as many time as you like but once or twice is enough. I like to wrap my head with scarf and leave oil over night and shampoo my hairs in the morning daily with a mild shampoo.
Another misconception is that never shampoo your hair more than once or twice a week. But my personal experience says you can shampoo your hairs as many times as you feel like needed but only choose mild shampoos. It is not shampoo who destroy your hairs if you're living in very humid weather or in a polluted environment then your hairs needed to be cleaned more frequently. That dust and sweat are sweet treat for bacteria which ruined your hairs.
