Time Management

 I want to start this article with the Golden Words of Iqbal:

جاگنا ہے جاگ لے افلاق کے سائے تلے

حشر تک سونا پڑےگاخاک کےسائےتلے

(Be Awake while you are still alive because you have to sleep in the grave till the day of judgement )

Nothing else explains better the value of being alive than these verses. And this is the key to time management as well. 

If you are struggling with your daily chores,  and unable to complete them on time and hours of your day are running far ahead of you then you are not alone in this, lots of people face this problem and think whether the day is becoming less than 24 hours. Worry no more here is the solution to all your problems. Keep every minute of your day under control and enjoy 24 hour a day. 

We face time management problems because we waste most important hours of our day sleeping. Either we start our day late or without planning our day. Sleep early and make a habbit of wake up early just before sunrise because (جس شخص کوچڑھتاسورج نااٹھا سکے اسےکوئی نھی اٹھا سکتا) the person who keep sleeping while sunrise he will feel sleepy all day long no matter how much hours he sleeps in the day he will be lazy all day and not fresh. When your mind is not fresh then how can you complete simple tasks quickly. Then you lagging behind your time. 

First most important thing is planning your day before it already started. One chore we all have on hand is what to cook today???

This question consume lots of our time daily. What should we do whether cook nothing all together than no that's not the solution. Have a seat take a diary or make a note in your cell phone of all the available meals you people can make in that season. Its better on a page. 

Write all vegetable combinations, pulses you people like and all meat combination and variety of rice and put them on alternate days this way prepre menu for whole month. Simply stick to your meal plan and buy groceries in advance. On the start of the day you have all the essentials of your meal in hand prepare your meal first thing in the morning.

Early morning hours are soo peaceful and quite you wake up from a good nights sleep and feels so energetic its best to do all the tiring chores early morning like cleaning or laundry then cooking. Try to be free from all major chores maximum till noon. Trust me when you start early like 5 AM you have more than enough time for everything and still you have free time.

When we postpone tiring jobs later in the day than they keep exhausting us mentally even before doing them and as the day passes our energy level reduced by minutes. We feel frustrated only by thinking about them. Do them before 12 PM. It will have a positive impact on your mental and physical health. 

At noon have some rest and spend all day with your kids. Give them most precious thing which is your time. Everything in this world has alternative only your time is irreplaceable for them.
